Payments can be made by credit/debit cards via our secure online payment service, Paypal. Cards accepted are Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo & Amex.
Security of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. Our on-line purchases are safe and secure using security technology provided by Paypal. Payment details are held with Paypal and NOT with twins4u.
Returns & Refund Policy
We pride ourselves on offering high quality products and customer service. If for some reason any item is faulty or damaged and you wish to return or exchange it please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will endeavour to assist you in the best possible way. Please obtain a 'proof of postage' certificate from your post office when returning products as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return.
*Please note, we cannot accept any returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit*
We apologise that we are unable to refund the delivery charges of any returns to twins4u.
