Our delivery partner is Royal Mail and we send all packages First Class. Our standard delivery is between 2-7 days from placing an order with the majority of orders being dispatched the very next day. Please allow upto 14 days to avoid disappointment.

In the event of postal strikes we will endeavour to select a different delivery partner to ensure prompt arrival of your order.

If an item is out of stock there may be a delay, in some cases upto 28 days. We will advise you by e-mail.

For personalised items please also allow upto 28 days for delivery, although we endeavour to deliver within 14 days for most orders.
